Enerjetix is for children aged 10 - 13 years and are in going to the gym. This scheme is put in place to help encourage children to adopt a new fun and effective approach to their own health and wellbeing.
All children who wish to take part will need to do a gym induction first. Once this is complete the children are allowed to the use the gym equipment, under the supervision of the course leader and gym instructors. Our fully trained staff will introduce a range of exercises suitable for young people to help keep them active, lose weight and reduce the risk of obesity.
