Our Healthy Communities team in the Forest of Dean
We want to support the health of the nation enabling people to live longer, happier and healthier lives.
As a not-for-profit charitable leisure trust, supporting individuals and communities to be more active and healthier is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in ‘health at all ages’; we want the local communities we serve to have fun, feel welcome, included and empowered to live healthy lives.

| Our swimming pool is open everyday with swimming lessons, family swim sessions, adult only lane swimming and much more all available. Please see the swimming timetable for more information. |
| The gym is open 08:00 - 21:00 on weekdays and 09:00 - 13:00 on weekends |
| Yes, we have a large free car park. |
| We have a wide range of classes so you are bound to find the right one to suit you. You can be sure that you’ll have a great time building your fitness and improving your self-confidence. We have over 25 instructor led and virtual classes per week. These include Indoor Cycling, HIIT and Zumba! |

| We run a fantastic junior swim school programme and a fabulous adult swim school programme. Swimming is a fundamental life skill that everyone should have the opportunity to develop and help them stay safe near the water. |
| There are several bus stops that are within walking distance of the centre. |
| We do not have a cafe however we have vending machines serving hot and cold drinks. |
| We offer junior fitness memberships from aged 11 and full memberships are available from aged 16. |
