Personal training

At Milton Keynes we have some fantastic personal trainers. Their specialisms include weight management, functional training, size building, muscle management and injury recovery.

In this section we introduce you to them. If you would like to make contact with them, then just email us clicking the button below. You do not need to be a member of the centre to train with them. All we ask is for a £4.00 pay as you go payment for each session as well as the payment for the PT session.

Lee Herring

Lee has been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor since 2013. With a strong sporting background from athletics to football in which he played for Tottenham Hotspur academy, Lee has always been about health and fitness.

His programmes utilize functional activities along with specific strengthening and flexibility exercises to achieve balanced physical function.  His goal is to discover the fitness activities that each client finds engaging and rewarding.

Whether you are training for competitions or just training for life he can get you on the right track. He looks forward to helping others achieve optimal performance, whether for work or play, along with a greater sense of well-being, leading to a healthier lifestyle.

When he isn't spending quality time with his clients, Lee enjoys spending time in the gym, playing football, walking, socialising, listening to music..... and eating.

I don’t believe I would have made this much progress without Lee’s help. I have learned so much about exercise techniques, nutrition and now I am able to do exercises that I never thought possible. I plan to continue working with Lee long term. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking health and fitness improvements.
