You don’t need a membership to use the gym and can attend on a pay as you go basis, however we would recommend taking out one of our flexible memberships to enjoy a range of perks and exclusive offers.
A Pay and Display car park is available and members get a limited parking session included. Just register your vehicle upon arrival at reception.
Our Unlimited Membership package includes access to our tennis courts. You can book without a membership however joining Freedom Leisure Maidstone will grant you more flexibility when booking. View our Membership page for details.

The best duration for your gym sessions varies depending on what kind of exercise you do and what your fitness goals are. Generally, you can follow these guidelines: 45–60 minutes for weightlifting, 30–60 minutes for cardio, up to 60 minutes for general aerobics and around 10 minutes for HIIT. The average time people work out for is between 30 and 59 minutes. Don’t forget to warm up, cool down, rest and hydrate sufficiently.
