Pool Parties
The Flash Leisure Centre offers two types of pool party: pool hire only or pool hire with flume and jacuzzi.
Inflatable Parties
Bounce away with friends in the main hall which provides ample space to run around. Inflatable party types include: bouncy castle without slide, bouncy castle with inflatable slide, inflatable obstacle course, and inflatable combo.
Party Food Available
Children's hot meals
Sausage, veg sausage, chicken nuggets, veg nuggets, and fish fingers.
All served with chips and beans, and squash.
Price: £4 per head

No, you do not require a membership to visit the centre, however, it is advised as this gives you access to additional benefits.
Our swimming pool is open everyday with swimming lessons, family swim sessions, adult only lane swimming and much more all available. Please see the swimming timetable for more information.
The gym is open 06:15- 21:30 Monday - Friday and 08:15 - 15:45 on Weekends.
Yes, parking is available onsite at no cost.
We have a wide range of classes so you are bound to find the right one to suit you. You can be sure that you’ll have a great time building your fitness and improving your self-confidence. We have over 50 instructor-led classes per week. These include Mummy and Me Kettles, Metafit, Pilates, Pure Stretch, and many more!
You can book through reception or book online with a valid membership.Members can book up to 7-days in advance. Non-members can book within 24-hours.
Yes. We run a fantastic junior swim school programme and a fabulous adult swim school programme. Swimming is a fundamental life skill that everyone should have the opportunity to develop and help them stay safe near the water.
Yes, there are several bus stops that are within walking distance of the centre, as well as a train station that is 0.9 miles (18 minute walk) from the centre.
Yes, we have a Cafe in which we serve "proud to serve Costa Coffee" drinks, hot and cold beverages and food, as well as vending machines.
We offer junior fitness memberships for Under 16's and full memberships are available for 16 and above.
