Did you know we offer a range of small group classes at Falaise to supplement your gym workouts?
Classes are a great way to mix up your workouts to maintain your focus while increasing fitness and tourching fat in a short period of time, all under the watchful eye of a fully qualified instructor.
Our instructor Julie Angel runs a range of classes from Kettlebells to running club and is a master in making sure everyone gets the most from her sessions.
Classes are included on Premier membership or just £3 (non member)
