As you get older it becomes even more important to remain active if you want to stay healthy and maintain your independence.

Exercise in later life can help boost the immune system, improve respiratory and cardiovascular function, help maintain strong bones, improve gastrointestinal function and help protect against chronic conditions.

We will be offering low cost community sessions for the over 55s at both Falaise & Summerfields

Tuesday 11.00am-12.00pm (Summerfields)

Thursday 11.00am-12.00pm (Falaise)

Cost is just £3 per person and includes a cup of tea at the end of the session.

If you're attending for the first time please call Falaise to arrange a free induction.

We have working closely with Governing bodies to make our centre Covid-19 secure. To achieve this we are following all the guidelines to ensure we can continue operating while keeping our employees and customers as safe from the transmission of the virus as possible.

  • Regular sanatising stations located throughout the gym

  • One way system around the gym

  • Mask wearing encouraged when entering and exiting the gym
