Calisthenics exercises on gymnastic rings for every level
Calisthenics are exercises that don't rely on anything but a person's own body weight. Bodyweight training suspended off the floor will help to build a functional, aesthetically impressive body. Even a basic ring workout will increase demands on your muscles as they work hard to engage to stabilise you.
