build and tone glutes
Our 4 week Glute Camp will guide you in how to work on the biggest muscle in the body. Be taught how to engage, grow and effectively train glutes and legs whilst also learning how to program effectively for continued progress after you complete the course.
Each applicant will have full gym access as well as 2 instructor led sessions/classes per week focussing on exercise techniques and effective training systems.
Starts July 1st with instructor led sessions every Monday & Wednesday 3.30-4.30pm.
Just £20 members & £80 non-members (including 4 weeks full access to the gym)
