We offer different types of classes which will help you to mix things up and stay motivated
Mind / Body
Relax and de-stress with a holistic mind/body class such as Yoga or Pilates.
Dance
Dance your way to fitness with classes such as Zumba or Swingtrain, great ways to let your hair down and have a workout at the same time!
Strength & Toning
Tone up, work on a problem area or build core strength. Classes such as like Les Mills Body Combat and Body Pump will leave you positively glowing!
Cardio
A cardio class will get your heart racing, your lungs pumping and help increase your overall stamina and fitness.
Aqua Aerobics
Aqua classes are great for toning and general fitness - water supports the body and provides resistance for a fun workout.
Indoor Cycling
You'll be taken on a journey to fitness including virtual hill climbs and sprints in our dedicated cycling studio.

How do I join a class?
- Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance
- Book online, in person or by telephone 01932 960994
- Most classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience
- You can "pay and play" or if you are attending 2 or more classes per week an annual or monthly membership can save you money - speak to a member of the memberships team or enquire below
