Special Needs & Carer sessions, these are also available for those who need a quieter session i.e. physio/rehab
This public lane swim session is aimed at adults and over 14's (who must be able to swim 4 lengths). They are a great way to start back into exercise after a period of time away and are available both mornings and afternoons throughout the week and weekends.
This public session is an open session for all with no lanes, perfect for families to enjoy and for all other swimming exercises. These sessions are throughout the morning, afternoon and evening during the week and weekends.
This is a public lane session on Friday evenings where you can swim to the relaxing sound of classical music.
