All Day MMA Gym
Held Mondays: 5pm till 6pm, 6pm till 7pm Tuesdays: 8-15pm till 9-30pm, Wednesdays: 8-45pm till 9-45pm. Thursday: 5-30pm till 6-15pm, 6-45pm till 7-45pm. We run several disciplines in martial arts for all levels beginner to advanced. Our disciplines include Boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Free style Wrestling & of course MMA. Racket Hour

Indoor Bowls
Held Saturdays 2-4pm. This is a sport played indoors on a carpeted pitch (called a ‘green), where a biased ball (called a ‘bowl’) is rolled to a stationary object ball (called the ‘jack’), with the aim being to get closer to the jack than the opposition. Email: hctandridge@freedom-leisure.co.uk

Sakura aiki
Held Thursdays 7.45-9.45pm. We teach Japanese arts of Ju Jutsu and Aiki Jutsu. Teachers are very experienced, the highest being 8th Dan, others being 5th and 4th dan gradings. We make Footballers
Held Tuesdays 5pm - 6pm & 6pm - 7pm. Weekly professional fun football training for children aged 4-12 focusing on developing players skills and confidence for games to make football more enjoyable. The sessions help those looking to progress in their football journeys whether they are just starting out, trying to get into grassroots football or move from grassroots into academies our sessions cater to all.
