Friday Night Project at de Stafford Sports Centre

We restart after the summer with a full programme including Pickleball coaching, netball coaching with Girls Attack (18th September), boxing, themed pool inflatable sessions (dates to be confirmed) basketball, tennis and all of our regular sports and activities.
Friday Night Project is a great physical activity and social night for young people age 11 - 16 years.
Gym and Sports session - The night includes a 30 minute gym session and Sports Hall activities including football, basketball, dodgeball, badminton, rounders. We will also offer studio activites including curling, laser tag, circuits, games and dance sessions and in our cafe we have a pool/snooker table and table football.

We recommend booking in advance as we have limited spaces. Pop in to complete a consent form (This needs to be completed prior to participation in Friday Night Project) & we’ll add you to our system which allocates you a card number. With this number you can book online or via the Freedom Leisure app. Alternatively you can book by calling 01883 716717 (option 2). All bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance.
As a physical activity and social night, and to ensure we offer the best opportunity to enjoy this 2 hour session, we require that no mobile phones are used. Our staff will ask for phones to be out of sight during the night. Failure to comply may result in confiscation of the phone.

NEW! Themed Pool & Sports Friday Night Project Sessions
Get ready for even more fun at Friday Night Project with the introduction of our brand new Themed Pool & Sports Sessions at de Stafford Leisure Centre.
We have combined the excitement of themed pool parties with all your favourite sports activities to create six unforgettable nights packed with fun, friends, and plenty of energy.
There will be two sessions available each themed evening:
FNP Pool & Sports
Enjoy the pool from 6pm to 7pm, then head into the sports hall for the second half of the evening.
FNP Sports & Pool
Start your evening with sports before making a splash in the pool from 7pm to 8pm.
Expect themed pool floats, mini inflatables, games, music, and a fantastic atmosphere throughout each event.
Whether you are racing your friends across the pool, taking part in activities in the sports hall, or simply enjoying the atmosphere, there will be something for everyone.
