Strength and Balance Classes

Based on the Otago exercise programme used by health professionals worldwide, these classes help you stay strong, mobile and more independent. Improve your balance and increase your confidence for everyday activities.

Classes are suitable for those who can:

  • Stand up from a chair independently
  • Take part on a group exercise class

The course will be led by Anita our group exercise Referral instructor

10 week weightloss in 2019

Are you wanting to be a fitter healthier you? Are you unsure on how to start? Have you started to exercise but gave up as feeling deflated with your efforts? We can help you!

10 week weightloss is a specially designed programme offering nutritional advice, support and weekly exercise to suit you. Each week you’ll learn new steps and tactics to reach your weightloss goal all with the support and guidance of our weightloss co-ordinator and our friendly experienced fitness team. We will provide you with the foundations to be a fitter healthier you.

who can attend?

You must be 16+ and have a BMI of over 28

What’s involved?

You will need to commit to the 10 week course starting in 2019. 

You will need to wear loose comfortable clothing and shoes. And bring a drink.

How much?

The 10 week weightloss course fee is £50 this includes a weightloss journal, free weekly nutritional advice and personal trainer supported gym sessions. 

What is included?

One hour of FREE nutritional advice and one hours gym session- with a tailored advice and programme designed for you for just £5.00 a week!
