Move. Dance. Mental Health. Mindfullness. FREE workshop for young people in partnership with One Time Youth Agency.
The workshop helps young people improve mood, reduce stress and anxiety. Learn TikTok trending dances (age appropriate) with Instructor Bailey-Rio & includes 10 minutes meditation and mindfulness leaving you calm and relaxed. Additional support available with 121 sessions with Our Time Youth Agency.
Every Tuesday in Studio 2, de Stafford Sports Centre

Based on the Otago exercise programme used by health professionals worldwide, these classes help you stay strong, mobile and more independent. Improve your balance and increase your confidence for everyday activities.
