After 10 years of not exercising I started swimming at Crowborough twice a week but needed help with my technique. I started the drop in sessions on Wednesday evenings with Harrison & after only a couple of sessions I started to feel more confident in the water. I still continue to come to these a couple of times a month alongside my own swimming and feel fitter than ever.David (adult lessons)
