Before my son started swimming lessons at crowborough he was a very nervous swimmer, just 1 year on and he is confident in all strokes and loves diving under the water. We are now looking forward to our holiday where he can enjoy going in the swimming pool!

After 10 years of not exercising I started swimming at Crowborough twice a week but needed help with my technique. I started the drop in sessions on Wednesday evenings with Harrison & after only a couple of sessions I started to feel more confident in the water. I still continue to come to these a couple of times a month alongside my own swimming and feel fitter than ever.
