We've launched a NEW membership just for mums who have recently had a baby & want to get active again! Once you've had your 8 week check, exercise is great for new mums! Its helps boost energy, strenghten & tone abdominal muscles and may be useful in preventing postpartum depression.
Membership is just £30.50 per month on a non-contract direct debit and includes access to the gym, swimming pool, post-natal classes (see below) & 3 1-1 coaching session in the gym between 9:00am-6:00pm weekdays & anytime weekends.
post natal circuits - this class allows you to work as hard as you want to and move from station to station strengthening & toning the parts of your body that can be affected when having a baby. Classes run Tuesdays; 10:30am-11:15am.
buggy power - this class is a mixture of walking & light exercises either around the running track or out around the local area which means you can bring your child with you! Classes Run Tuesdays 11:30am-12:30am
These classes can be used without the membership on a 'pay as you go' basis for £4.50 per class.
