Freedom Leisure operates Crowborough Leisure Centre on behalf of Wealden District Council and follows the Council’s guidance on matters relating to the local community.
We are aware of rumours circulating that free memberships and/or discounted use will be offered to residents of the local migrant accommodation. We can confirm this is not the case. Neither Freedom Leisure nor Wealden District Council is offering, and has no plans to offer, any free memberships or discounted use for residents of the local migrant accommodation.
As this is a Council-led matter, we will not be providing further comment. Please be respectful to our colleagues at Crowborough Leisure Centre at this time. Abusive behaviour towards our colleagues will not be tolerated.
