We have the latest technogym cardio machines with fully integrated touch screens you have the option of digital TV, radio, games, the option to connect you ipod or iphone; and now the machines are connected to the internet for some browsing while getting fit. Yes we have the usual array of treadmills, bikes and the latest concept rowers but we also have a few machines you may have never used before such as the vario, synchro, cardiowave and 2 stairmills. If you want variety in your workout crowborough is the ‘go to’ destination.
We also boast the latest range of technogym resistance machines and a smith machine. We have resistance machines for chest, back, shoulder and legs. As well as three cable machines. Whatever body part you need to work on, whatever your fitness goals are, we’ve got it covered.
Carla leads the Female Strength class on Tuesday evenings, and I go because it is varied, challenging and always great fun. I particularly enjoy the powerlifting elements consisting of squat bench press and deadlift, and Carla has devised a personal program for me which has seen my lifting literally go from strength to strength. Carla has taught me to enjoy and embrace my strength,and this confidence has lead to me entering my first powerlifting competition. Thank you Carla,couldn't have done it without you!Betty
Kettlebells now go from 4kg to 40kg, and did we mention the plyometric platforms, with the latest addition being soft top stackable plyo boxes for doing box jumps safely.

Steve is a level 3 personal trainer, and also holds level 4 qualifications in exercise after stroke and exercise for lower back pain. Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS part A, B, C) Prague School of Rehabilitation.
Steve recently attended the Stuart McGill 2 day seminar in Dublin. Currenlty training clients for performance & hypertrophy.
His passions are ultra running (he recently completed the Leadville 100 mile trail race), cofee and craft beer.
Nick holds a Diploma in Sciences for Professions Allied to Medicine, a Diploma in Clinical Sport & Remedial Massage and is also qualified in Medical Acupuncture (Dry Needling), Spinal Manipulation, Ultrasound Therapy, Sports Taping and Low Back Pain Rehabilitation.
Nick is a level 4 qualified P.T. and works with a broad spectrum of clients.
Nicks passions are rock climbing and avoiding social media.
Carla is a Level 3 personal trainer. Strength & conditioning coach. Lead coach and developer of female strength small group training.
Carla is currently training clients for strength, weight loss and running.
Carla passions are weightlifting, getting more women involved in lifting and cats.
Chris is a level 3 personal trainer, and is a master Kettlebell instructor, as well as holding qualifications in Level 1 strength and conditioning, Ricky Hatton boxing academy advanced instructor, suspended movement training, advanced nutrition for weight management & exercise referral.
Currently training clients for toning, conditioning and losing weight.
Chris is a keen West Ham fan & film buff.
Sarah is a qualified premier fitness instructor (Reps advanced instructor, L2 Gym, L3 Special populations- non-referred) and pre and post natal instructor. Other qualifications also include Kettlebells and children’s fitness
Sarah is currently running the ‘mums on the run programme’ for expectant mothers and for those who have had new babies
Sarah’s interests are running, and her family.
Paul is a level 3 personal trainer and qualified strength and conditioning coach.
Currently training clients for bikini competition, Olympic weightlifting, strength and conditioning and body composition.
Paul is passionate about Olympic weightlifting, strength and conditioning and body transformations.
