"When I was younger I suffered with a lack of confidence in my own self-image and abilities, but through sport and the gym I have pushed myself harder to achieve the best. However along the way I learnt that not everyone is the same and that everyone has their own struggles and goals. So we shouldn’t compare ourselves to those around us as we work out, but rather concentrate on our own goals and push our own performance"
