Whatever your fitness or workout goals are, Crowborough Leisure Centres Gym is the place for you to achieve them
All sessions need to be booked either over the phone on 01892 665488 or online. When you arrive at the centre please sign in for your session with reception then enter the gym using the main entrance. Your booked slot will last 1 hour. If you have booked in for 2 slots you can now stay in the gym in between your sessions. When you have finished your session please exit the gym via the balcony or main doors.
We have the latest technogym cardio machines with fully integrated touch screens you have the option of digital TV, radio, games, the option to connect you ipod or iphone; and now the machines are connected to the internet for some browsing while getting fit. Yes we have the usual array of treadmills, bikes and the latest concept rowers but we also have a few machines you may have never used before such as the vario, synchro, cardiowave and 2 stairmills. If you want variety in your workout crowborough is the ‘go to’ destination.
We also boast the latest range of technogym resistance machines and a smith machine. We have resistance machines for chest, back, shoulder and legs. As well as three cable machines. Whatever body part you need to work on, whatever your fitness goals are, we’ve got it covered.
Kettlebells now go from 4kg to 40kg, and did we mention the plyometric platforms, with the latest addition being soft top stackable plyo boxes for doing box jumps safely.
We also offer small group training which can help you gain maximum benefit from your workout. We have high intensity interval (HIIT) classes, Metafit and circuit classes to choose from everyday as well as our strength and conditioning training
And with fully qualified fitness coaches always on hand we can get you to your goals whether it be to lose weight, get a bit fitter, get back to fitness after injury or compete in Olympic lifting! For exceptional results you need an exceptional training environment. Crowborough is it.
Steve is a level 3 personal trainer, and also holds level 4 qualifications in exercise after stroke and exercise for lower back pain. Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS part A, B, C) Prague School of Rehabilitation.
Steve recently attended the Stuart McGill 2 day seminar in Dublin. Currenlty training clients for performance & hypertrophy.
His passions are ultra running (he recently completed the Leadville 100 mile trail race), coffee and craft beer.
Nick holds a Diploma in Sciences for Professions Allied to Medicine, a Diploma in Clinical Sport & Remedial Massage and is also qualified in Medical Acupuncture (Dry Needling), Spinal Manipulation, Ultrasound Therapy, Sports Taping and Low Back Pain Rehabilitation.
Nick is a level 4 qualified P.T. and works with a broad spectrum of clients.
Nicks passions are rock climbing and avoiding social media.
Rhys is a level 2 gym instructor.
"I am mainly focused on strength based training both in my workouts and coaching. You’ll most likely see me in the gym whether I’m on shift or training.As a child I was unhappy with my body which is why I got involved in fitness from an early age and developed a love for it. I discovered I enjoy coaching through the sport of Hockey so I decided to combine fitness and coaching and make it into a career. I’m passionate about helping people achieve their goals and that is what I strive to do day in day out."

Sarah is a qualified premier fitness instructor (Reps advanced instructor, L2 Gym, L3 Special populations- non-referred) and pre and post natal instructor. Other qualifications also include Kettlebells and children’s fitness
Sarah is currently running the ‘mums on the run programme’ for expectant mothers and for those who have had new babies
