No, you can pay as you go for all our activities.
Yes, we are open 6.30am - 9.00pm Monday to Friday, and 8.00am - 4.00pm Saturday and Sunday.

Yes, there is a bus that can drop you off in town. The centre is only a 10 minute walk from the town centre.
No, but we do have a selection of health supplements as well as a vending and coffee machines.
To use our gym unsupervised you will need to be aged 14 and above. For people age 10 - 14 we run energetix sessions which are supervised by our experienced gym team.
