I’m a wellness coach and personal trainer at 1610, helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident since October 2023.

I truly believe that movement is medicine. I love being active, and even more, I love helping others discover what their bodies are capable of — no matter their age, fitness level, or past experience.

Whether it’s Hyrox-style training, running, strength training, or overall wellness, my goal is simple:
to help you feel better in your body and in your life.

I’ll support you, challenge you, and motivate you — but always with care, respect, and belief in you.

I know how hard it can be to stay consistent, which is why I coach fitness that fits real life — not perfect schedules. Training should be effective, sustainable, and something you actually enjoy.
