Thursdays 6.15pm - 7.15pm & 7.30pm-8.30pm

Are you looking to expand your physical and mental training? This class focuses on using mental stability and core strength to condition the body at its limits. We all have a range of motion and are weak at the end of that range; Power Yoga seeks to rectify this by positioning the body at its limit and training there. This class is ideal for athletes that wish to improve their performance and all those that want to challenge they’re body and mind. With a close alignment with Hatha yoga, where pushing the limits is key, let yourself go into the intense moments of union.
