Adult Swim
Our adult swim sessions are available to customers 16+ only to swim for fun or fitness.
Lane Swim
Our lane swim sessions are available for customers 16+ to swim lanes in our main pool.
Free Swim
In partnership with Sport Wales and the Welsh Government, the Free-Swimming Initiative aims to get young people (under 17) and over 60’s more aquatically active.
Aqua Aerobics
Aerobics session in the pool that helps you to maintain and improve stamina, strength and suppleness.
Aqua HIIT
A high-energy water aerobics session offering a challenging workout. Not suitable for pregnant women.
Parent & Toddler
Our Parent & Toddler swim sessions offer your little one a unique sensory experience and helps them develop confidence in the water that will last them a lifetime.

The main pool is 20m which allows for general swimming, lessons and our variety of swim-based activities.

Bro Ddyfi boasts an exciting 30ft flume slide - a must-do activity to keep your children entertained and enjoy some family fun.

No, you do not require a membership to visit the centre, however, it is advised as this gives you access to additional benefits.
Our swimming pool is open everyday with swimming lessons, family swim sessions, adult only lane swimming and much more all available. Please see the swimming timetable for more information.
The gym is open 07:30 - 21:00 Monday-Thursday, 07.30-19.00 Fridays, and 08:00 - 15:00 on Weekends.
Yes, there is a Pay and Display Car Park onsite. Members get a full refund and non-members get 50% refunded. All day parking = £3. 2 hour parking = £2.
We have a wide range of classes so you are bound to find the right one to suit you. You can be sure that you’ll have a great time building your fitness and improving your self-confidence. We have over 20 instructor-led classes per week. These include Aquarobics, Ladies Who Lift, HIIT, Freedom Circuits, and many more!
You can book through reception. Members can book up to 7-days in advance. Non-members can book within 24 hours.
Yes. We run a fantastic junior swim school programme and a fabulous adult swim school programme. Swimming is a fundamental life skill that everyone should have the opportunity to develop and help them stay safe near the water.
Yes, there are several bus stops that are within walking distance of the centre, as well as a train station that is 0.5 miles (11 minute walk) from the centre.
We offer junior fitness memberships for Under 16's and full memberships are available for 16 and above.
