Most people have a specific reason to join the gym. Whether that's to lose weight, tone up or just generally feeling fitter & healthier. Using the gym is not only very satisfying, it boosts your energy levels & improves your self-esteem.

Supervised Gym Sessions

Supervised Gym Sessions

We offer supervised gym sessions between 4.00pm – 5.00pm Monday – Friday for 11-15 years to improve general fitness and promote a healthy lifestyle. A gym induction must be completed prior to attending the session.

Outside of these times, gym users between 11-15 years must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years), ideally training alongside them.
