You do not require a membership to visit the centre however it is advised as this gives you access to additional benefits and is better value for money. You can visit us on a pay as you go basis if you would prefer not to commit to a membership.

You need to be 11+ years to use our gym. We offer supervised gym sessions between 4.00pm – 5.00pm Monday & Wednesday for 11-15 years to improve general fitness and promote a healthy lifestyle.

We run a fantastic junior swim school programme and a fabulous adult swim school programme. Swimming is a fundamental life skill that everyone should have the opportunity to develop and help them stay safe near the water. Click here for more information.
