Artificial grass (AG) football boots are the best choice. These specifically designed boots feature short plastic studs, often hollow for lightweight comfort, and provide excellent grip without damaging the playing surface. Alternatively, firm ground (FG) boots with short plastic moulds are also suitable. Avoid metal studs or blades, which can get stuck in the artificial turf.
