Even if you’ve never set foot in a gym before, our friendly team at Blackbridge Community Sports Hub is here to help you get started. Pop along for a visit and we’ll be happy to show you the ropes. Everyone has their first time in a gym – we’re here to make sure it won’t be your last.
We recommend wearing comfortable and breathable clothes along with trainers that provide non-slip support. Please remove long, dangling jewellery which may get caught in the gym equipment and we would advise that long hair is tied back.
