Gym sessions for 11-16 years
Junior gym are gym sessions aimed at children from 11-16 years. A cardio and body weight class under the supervision of a qualified gym instructor designed to encourage our youngsters away from a screen and learn about the importance of exercise and keeping fit.
There is on hand advice from the instructors on safe working out with technique and progression guidance. The sessions will support our young people in using exercise to help their physical and mental well-being.
You can just turn up to sessions which are available at the following times. Parents/Guardians are required to accompany their child for their first session to fill in paperwork.
Summerfields Monday 5.00-6.00pm & Wednesday 4.30-5.30pm
Helenswood Saturday 3.00-4.00pm
Bexhill Leisure Centre Monday & Thursday 3.30-4.30pm & 4.30-5.30pm, Saturday & Sunday 10.00-11.00am, 11.00am-12.00pm, 2.00-3.00pm & 3.00-4.00pm. Book upto 7 days in advance. Fee payable if you fail to attend or do not cancel the session in advance.
Rye Sports Centre Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 3.30-4.45pm
Falaise Fitness Centre Tuesday 4.45-5.45pm, Thursday 3.45-4.45pm & Sunday 2.00-3.00pm
