Staying active as we get older helps maintain balance, flexibility, and heart health. However, if high-impact sports feel a bit too fast or overwhelming these days, slower-paced activities like walking tennis are the perfect alternative. You can still enjoy all the fun and challenge of the game — just at a gentler speed that’s easier to master.

Egerton Park Tennis Coaching will be running a free Walking Tennis taster session at Bexhill Leisure Centre as part of their aim to encourage people of all ages to enjoy playing tennis.
