Bexhill Leisure Centre is set to receive a major upgrade this May, with a £200,000 investment from Freedom Leisure earmarked for a full gym refurbishment.
The project will see all current cardio and resistance machines replaced with premium‑grade equipment from Life Fitness, a global leader in high‑performance fitness technology. Alongside the new machines, the main gym will undergo a layout redesign to enhance accessibility, improve workout flow, and elevate the overall user experience.
The upgraded equipment will feature advanced functionality, improved comfort, and the latest integrated technology—enabling members to track their performance, personalise their workouts, and train more effectively.
This significant investment strengthens Bexhill Leisure Centre’s role as a key fitness and wellbeing hub for the local community, supporting ongoing efforts with Rother District Council to increase physical activity levels across the area.
