Our Healthy Communities Team in Arun
We want to support the health of the nation enabling people to live longer, happier and healthier lives.
As a not-for-profit charitable leisure trust, supporting individuals and communities to be more active and healthier is at the heart of everything we do. The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes walk away from the centre.
You don't need to be a member to use the facilities. Everyone is welcome.
No, you can just turn up. Occasionally we may implement a one in one out system, if we are experiencing high numbers of customers.
Yes we have accessible changing facilities and toilets
No you only need to book your racket sports, junior gym sessions, swimming lessons and fitness classes are optional to book
No you can just come along during our open swimming sessions
We only expect juniors to book for the junior gym sessions. Adults can come along anytime we are open.

How To Find Us & Parking
Travelling to our centre is easy, we have a free car park at Arun Leisure Centre. You can take the bus which will drop you about 5 minute walk away. If your area has limited or no bus service, you can use Book-a-Bus. We also have cycle racks if you choose to cycle to the centre.
