Gym
Enjoy access to the gym for just £2 during our open day. It is a great opportunity to try the facilities, explore the equipment and see what the gym has to offer. From 9am to 3pm you can take a tour of the gym or have an induction with a member of the team. This is ideal if you would like to learn how the equipment works or get guidance on getting started.
Swimming
Swimming will be running as normal throughout the day. Visit the pool and enjoy a swim during one of the scheduled public sessions.
Omnia Taster Sessions
Try our Omnia training system with two taster sessions available at 10am - 10:30am and 11am - 11:30am. These instructor led sessions introduce you to functional training using a variety of equipment. Please contact reception to book.
Group Exercise Classes
All classes are available for £2 per session. Bookings can be made up to 3 days in advance. To reserve a space, please call reception who will be happy to book the class for you.
Little Leapfrogs
Little Leapfrogs will be running from 10am - 4pm for just £2. These sessions provide a fun and active environment for younger children to move, play and explore. Please contact reception to book.
Badminton and Pickleball Taster Sessions
Try badminton or pickleball between 2pm and 4pm for £2. If you have never played before, a member of the team will be there to offer support and help you get started. Please contact reception to book.
Gymnastics Taster Sessions
Children can take part in gymnastics taster sessions for £2. Sessions run from 1pm - 2pm and 2:15pm - 3:15pm for ages 4 to 7, and from 3:30pm - 4:30pm for ages 8 and up. Please contact reception to book.
Synergy Dance Sessions
Join a Synergy Dance session for £2. SEND Dance and Movement runs from 10am - 11am for ages 8 to 16. Street Dance runs from 11am - 12pm for ages 8 and up. Please contact reception to book.

Oscars Soft Play
Children can enjoy Oscars Soft Play for £2 with 1 hour 30 minute sessions available between 10am and 4pm.
Football on the 3G Pitch
Football sessions will be taking place on the 3G pitch from 9am - 11am for children aged 8 and up. Please contact reception to book.
Meet the Manager
Nev, the general manager, will be available from 10am - 4pm. You can meet Nev, ask questions about the centre and even join a tour of the facilities to learn more about everything Arun Leisure Centre has to offer.
