Arun Leisure Centre is the perfect place to improve your fitness and wellbeing. Whether you choose to workout in the gym, have a Personal Trainer or attend a group fitness class, we have it covered! Our friendly and enthusiastic fitness team will motivate and encourage you every step of the way!


Arun Leisure Centre offers something for everyone in our gym.  We have a dedicated fitness team that is here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, supporting you every step of the way!

We offer an initial gym orientation to all new members, where you will be shown our Technogym kit and offered a personalised training plan

junior gym sessions available daily for 11-15years

Our Junior Gym sessions take place at the following times:




Weekends/ School Holidays and Bank Holidays 

11-1pm / 2-4pm

All junior sessions are supervised by a qualified instructor. Junior gym users must be aged between 11-15 years and need to have an orientation before using the gym. Juniors have the option to pay as you go, or join our DD or annual memberships.

We offer a range of group exercise classes that cater for all.  Fitness classes are available for members and non-members.  We want to help you achieve your goals and by taking part in our classes you will enjoy working out with others in a motivational atmosphere.  Classes are led by our fantastic class instructors who will support you every step of the way.
Our wide range of classes include Yoga, Pilates, Indoor cycling, Zumba, Les Mills and more. Our coached sessions help to motivate and inspire you to train harder.  Classes offer a group training atmosphere that will help members meet others and enjoy training amongst likeminded people.

BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Our instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques, pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music - helping you achieve more!  You'll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more!

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.  Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.  You'll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you will punch and kick your way to fitness. This high energy martial-arts style workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Our trained instructors will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You'll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
