Our gym has the latest Technogym equipment available to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
We offer an initial gym orientation to all new members, where you will have the opportunity to discuss your fitness goals. We can work together to achieve your goals.

Our Junior Gym sessions take place at the following times:
All junior sessions are supervised by our highly qualified instructors and must be aged 11 - 15 years. All junior members will need to have an orientation with our instructors before they are able to use the gym. Please call reception to book today on 01243 826 612.
We also offer Junior pay as you go, DD and Annual membership options.
BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Our instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques, pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music - helping you achieve more! You'll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more!
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.
During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You'll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you will punch and kick your way to fitness. This high energy martial-arts style workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Our trained instructors will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You'll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
