60+ Supervised gym sessions

Thursdays 13:30 - 14:30

It's really important to exercise and stay physically active as you get older. Exercise can lower your risk of developing a variety of health conditions, including heart disease and dementia. Our gym offers a perfect place to exercise at your pace. 

We have a welcoming gym environment with a range of equipment from cardio to resistance machines. You can exercise anytime during our opening hours however on a Thursday we offer a 'Supervised 60+' session when there will be an instructor present to help you with your workout and offer guidance on the machines.

The combination of our highly qualified instructors and well-equipped studios make our group fitness classes a great place for you to work towards increasing your health and fitness levels.

Here are some of the best options for you:

50+ Aerobics - Tuesdays at 11.30am. A low impact workout that builds your strength and will challenge you whatever your level of fitness. 

Health Circuits - thursdays at 1.45pm. a circuit class designed for those with exisiting health conditions and concerns around exercising. This is low impact and adapted to each individuals needs. please get in touch with us if you'd like to discuss your health condition before attending.

Aquafit - mondays at 9.15am, tuesdays & thursdays at 10.30am, fridays at 12.30pm. Our water-based exercise classes help to strengthen muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness, building up overall fitness and strength for the core and joints. 

Pilates - monday at 12.15, wednesdays at 10am and thursdays at 6.15pm. Pilates is good for your whole body. Benefits include increased range of motion and flexibility, more energy, better posture and body awareness, breathing techniques and reduced stress, increased stamina, improved concentration and mindfulness.

With our connected membership all our classes are included in your membership as well as gym, swimming and off-peak court hire. alternatively you can pay as you go for any of our fitness classes.
