Time to try a new Fitness Class?

New classes added to our fitness class Winter Timetable!

We offer one of the most extensive fitness class programme in the area bringing you over 50 classes a week! We offer something for everyone from high intensity workouts, low-impact classes to dance classes.

Check out the changes to our new Winter Timetable:

  • Love dancing? Sue is back to teach 'DanceFit'  every Tuesday at 6.30pm and Thursdays at 10am. Come try it out and dance your way to fitness!


  • Step Aerobics has also made a comeback due to popular request! Tuesday evenings at 5.30pm.


  • Legs, Bums & Tums with Elle has been added to a Thursday night at 7.15pm - so we now have two classes a week!


  • Jakes has added a Indoor Cycling Class at 5.30pm on Wednesdays which is gaining popularity each week!


  • Friday morning HIIT has changed to a HIIT-MIX! at 7am with Shelley. This class delivers HIIT intervals on the bike, bodyweight exercises in the studio & core! Its a triple threat that will put you in a good mood on a Friday!


  • Pilates has also now been added to a Wednesday morning at 10am with Nicole


  • Just a reminder of our current Aquafit times across the week: Monday 9.15am, Tuesday 10.30am, Thursday 10.30am and Friday 12.30pm.

So whether you're coming back for your favourite class or would like to try one for the first time - come down and join us. Our classes are always available for members and non-members who can pay as you go.

Our Christmas Class Timetable!

Our 2021 Christmas Fitnass Class Timetable is here to keep you active this festive season. We have printed timetables in the centre for you to take a look at the programme next time you're visiting. 

Please join us for this years 'Christmas Bootcamp' on Sunday 19th December from 10am - 11am.  As well as a festive bootcamp we will also have some fitness games, prizes and mince pies for afterwards. All members are welcome to join. Please book in at reception as soon as possible so we have an idea of numbers to provide refreshments for.
