New Fitness Classes for 2022!

Time to try a new Fitness Class?

New classes added to our 2022 fitness class timetable!

We offer one of the most extensive fitness class programme in the area bringing you over 50 classes a week! We offer something for everyone from high intensity workouts, low-impact classes to dance classes.

Check out the changes to our new timetable:

  • Yoga - flow your way through stretches and strengthening poses. Andrea is now teaching Yoga every Monday at 6pm and Thursdays at 12pm. 

 

  • A chair based exercise class has started on Mondays at 3.30pm - 4.30pm with Helen. If you are looking for a gentle exercise class with the support of a instructor then this is for you! Suitable for older adults or those with injuries

 

  • Step Aerobics has also made a comeback due to popular request! Tuesday evenings at 6.15pm.

 

  • Gym Circuits has restarted Saturdays at 8am - perfect to give you that blast of weights and add something different into your weekly workouts. Jake will instruct you on all exercises and equipment. This class will give you new ideas for your next gym workout!

 

  • Friday morning HIIT has changed to a HIIT-MIX! at 7am with Shelley. This class delivers HIIT intervals on the bike, bodyweight exercises in the studio & core! Its a triple threat that will put you in a good mood on a Friday!

 

  • Just a reminder of our current Aquafit times across the week: Monday 9.15am, Tuesday 10.30am, Thursday 10.30am and Friday 12.30pm.

So whether you're coming back for your favourite class or would like to try one for the first time - come down and join us. Our classes are always available for members and non-members who can pay as you go.

Learn to Lift Workshop

saturday March 26th 2022

Learn to lift on this one-off workshop. Nicole will teach you all the basic lifting techniques from squats, deadlifts to presses. If you've never lifted a barbell before, or would like to get your technique checked, this is the workshop for you!
