Arc Group Exercise - With over 45 classes a week the Arc offer a wide and varied range of group exercise classes including Les Mills. From BODYPUMP™ & Metafit™ to Aquafit™ & Pilates there’s something for everyone and our elite team of instructors are there to help you along your journey.
BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts inspired workout. You’ll punch and kick your way to superior fitness and strength. It’s totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
BODYBALANCE™ is a yoga class blending elements of Tai Chi and Pila-tes to strengthen your entire body. A BODYBALANCE™ class will leave your mind and body feeling calm and centered. Happy.
BODYPUMP™ is a weights class for absolutely everyone. This form of weight training will make you toned, lean and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps), BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories.
METAFIT™/HIIT is a high intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training. It’s designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.
Aquafit™ is the low impact, high resistance way to exercise. The buoyancy of the water makes it gentle on joints while the constant resistance strengthens muscles and improves cardiovascular fitness.
Regardless of your fitness level you can get a great workout. Your instructor will offer plenty of options to increase or decrease the difficulty of the moves. The water provides equal resistance through your full range of motion, working each pair of muscles simultaneously and keeping you balanced.

ZUMBA™ is a fun dance class with great music, great people, and burns a ton of calories without you even realizing it.
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga. It is low impact workout building your flexability, strength, posture and balance. Each class is independently sequenced by our teachers and will keep you engaged and leave the class feeling fantastic.
Indoor Cycling is a high intensity cycling workout that really pushes your cardio fitness to the next level. Indoor Cycling classes allow riders of all abilities to push themselves as much as they like, as you're in control of the gearing and resistance.
Set to a great track list and with a motivating instructor guiding you throughout each class will build your fitness and be fun!
All our classes currently are limited in spaces due to Covid restrictions so we recommend booking in advance. If our classes are full we recommend adding yourself to the waiting list as most days spaces do become available! Members can book online for classes and non-members need to call us or pop in to the centre to book your space.
