We are excited to bring you the latest updates, celebrations, and opportunities happening across our Swim Academy this July. 

Award Celebration Week – A Big Success

The week commencing 23rd June was a proud one. Many of our incredible swimmers earned certificates and badges for their hard work and progress in lessons.

Summer Holiday Swimming – Keep the Progress Going!

Summer is just around the corner, and swimming is one of the best ways to stay active, have fun, and stay safe in the water.

Lessons will continue as normal throughout the summer holidays. If you are heading away, don’t forget that you are entitled to 4 catch-up lessons per year.

Email our team at swimacademy@freedom-leisure.co.uk to book your catch-up session and keep your swimmer on track.

Summer Holiday Crash Courses – Limited Spaces Available!

Our venues will be running Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3 crash courses throughout the summer. Each class has just 4 swimmers, so spots will fill quickly! Check with your centre for available dates and book now to secure your space.

New Options for Cancelled Lessons

We know how frustrating cancelled lessons can be, so we have added more ways for your family to make the most of them!If a lesson is cancelled, you can now choose from:

✔ A catch-up lesson
✔ A free family swim (worth £18)
✔ A soft play voucher
✔ An inflatable session for older swimmers

We have made sure there is something for everyone!

Reminders for a Smooth Swim Experience

To help keep everything running smoothly, please take note of the following:

Swim Hats – All swimmers should wear their class-coloured hat unless a medical exemption has been registered with our team.
Footwear – Please remove your shoes in the changing rooms to help keep them clean.
Viewing Lessons – Parents should watch from the gallery unless poolside access has been approved by our team.

Extra Swim Sessions at Lymington

Looking for more pool time to build stamina and fitness?

Stamina Class (Stage 7+)

Saturdays 17:00–18:00 – A great way to swim lengths and boost endurance.

Under 18s Fitness Swim

Thursdays 19:30–20:15 – Keep active and confident in the water.

Both sessions are pay-as-you-go at Lymington reception.
