Users must be over 16 years of age.
Please check in at reception to recieve a user band and door code.
Door codes are changed daily.
No pay as you go members can purchase a swim and steam room ticket at reception. All of our memberships include use of the Health Suite.
A steam room operates at a temperature of 40-50C and 80-100% humidity.
