The City of Worcester Sport Awards is an awards ceremony held once a year to celebrate the city’s sporting talent. This awards evening is a chance for athletes of Worcester to get the acknowledgement and credit that they deserve.
Freedom Leisure and Sport Worcester once again hosted the annual City of Worcester Sport Awards in partnership with Worcester City Council, to celebrate and recognise local sporting success within Worcester City. Held at the University of Worcester Arena, the event was hosted by special guest Steve Cram and welcomed an audience of 120 individuals made up of shortlisted nominees and their accompanying guests; local VIP’s, local and regional press, local sports representatives and sponsors.

BEST EDUCATIONAL SPORTING ACHIEVEMENT
This award is for a school, college or university team or individual that has performed significantly well or shown a particularly great dedication to their sport.
