We encourage all people in Malvern, regardless of ability to age well. As a nation we have an ageing population- Whilst this is a positive outcome from improved health care and standards of living, our ageing populations are also costing our services millions of pounds due to inactivity.
Of the 76100 people living in Malvern, 26.5% % are over 65 years which is more than the National average Only 41.2% of over 65’s take part in regular activity.
