December sees the return of our 12 days of festive fitness.
We know that training is better with a friend so this December, if you are a fitness member with us, you can recommend as many as you like to come and use our fitness facilities across Swansea including at Bishopston, Cefn Hengoed, LC, Morriston, Penlan and Penyrheol for free.
