Quest, widely recognised as the industry standard benchmark for leisure facilities in the UK, evaluates various aspects of the operation to ensure high standards of service and performance. Perdiswell excelled in numerous areas, garnering praise for its dedication to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
During the evaluation process, which comprised of a mystery visit and a two-day inspection by a trained Quest Assessor, Perdiswell Leisure Centre received ‘Excellent’ ratings in six out of 11 modules, showcasing its exemplary performance in multiple key areas.
Noteworthy among these was the module of 'Swimming Lessons' underpinning the centre's commitment to safety and skill development in aquatic activities and two other modules directly relating to the management and leadership of the team, highlighting the cohesive approach of the centre’s leadership.
Additionally, the centre’s efforts in 'Increasing Participation and Reducing Inactivity' were lauded, reflecting its effectiveness in promoting a healthy and active lifestyle within the community.

Ensuring we have a healthy and active city is one of the Council’s key objectives, and I hope this ‘Excellent’ Quest rating will encourage more people to use the swimming pool, gym, sports hall and other great facilities at Perdiswell.”
