Our café has a large selection of coffees for you to enjoy including Cappuccino, Latte, Americano and Espresso. We also have a number of flavoured teas, including the traditional English brew! If you would rather a cold drink we have wide selection including great smoothies.
Hot and cold snack range
We also serve an extensive array of cakes, muffins and flapjacks to compliment the wide selection of hot drinks, along with a tasty selection of hot and cold snacks including sandwiches, wraps, toasties and more.
Large seating area
Our Freedom Café is located in our reception area with plenty of seating for you to relax with friends after a group exercise class or to enjoy a quiet half hour after a great swim! Our café also has high chairs available.
