Health Referral Membership
We offer Health Referral Memberships when you have been advised by a doctor that physical activity will improve your medical condition. Before your initial consultaion with one of our qualified GP referral team, you will need to provide us with your referral form from a medical practictioner. We can provide this form if needed, which needs to be signed by a medical professional before being given back to us.
What options are available?
We offer either 3 months or 6 month membership, the duration is chosen for you by our qualified GP referral team based on your needs. At the end of your membership, you will be invited in for a review to discuss how you are getting on and what we can do for you after your membership term ends at de Stafford Sports Centre.
What is included in this scheme?
This paid monthly membership includes unlimited sessions in our state of the art gym and unlimited swimming sessions, along with a tailored programme to help you with your goals and needs. You will also receive a discount on any group exercise classes you wish to book as well as a discount on any sports hall bookings you make.
Who is the scheme for?
To get started on our health referral membership you will need a referral from your GP or health practitioner. You can be referred for a variety of health conditions which include; Parkinson’s, MS, cancer, obesity, back pain, hypertension, long covid and stroke rehab. Once you have been referred you can start your membership!
