You will take full responsibility for the development of the Learn to Swim Program, ensuring that pool space is fully optimised and we have a healthy transition of students through our framework. You will also be the lead on starting and developing relationships with Groups, Clubs and Schools in the local area as we believe in offering an inclusive Pool Program for the entire community. Strategic Workforce development is vital to ensure we have products to suit our customers so you’ll also lead on this along with the support of your team.
