Guildford Spectrum are looking for a new Ice and Bowl Duty Manager to join their friendly and professional team. We are looking for individuals who have strong people skills, as you will be directly supervising a team of staff to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the department. You will oversee the recruitment and development of staff at all levels within the team, and dealing with day to day staff management, including training and staff performance issues.
You will need to promote and maintain good public relations and excellent customer service, and to be fully aware of the courses, facilities and programmes available in the Ice Rink and Bowling complex.

Hours: 37hrs a week, Monday to Sunday - Rota basis
