Management Accountant- Head Office

Due to the continued growth of our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is able to support the Head of Finance in providing accurate, timely management accounts in order to successfully achieve the company timescales and objectives. You will take a hands-on approach to the role, getting involved with all general accounts production, month end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
A key part of this role requires the successful candidate to understand our multi-site/multi-contract approach to managing our finances and you will need to understand VAT and the financial Implications of our charitable status.
You will work alongside the Finance & Administration Manager and as a key member of the finance function, you will be able to motivate, train and help the team achieve targets and deadlines.
You will also need to work closely with, and be a key business partner for, all of our cost centre managers. You will have excellent communication skills, and be able to identify and implement improvements and efficiencies in our processes.
