We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our friendly and professional team. You will be providing HR advice and support across a wide range of issues to managers, on an ongoing basis, including employment law advice, employment conditions, performance management, attendance management, and change management, including TUPE transfers. You must be fully or part CIPD qualified, and have experience of working in a generalist HR role. This role involves a significant degree of travel around the Region; we are therefore looking for someone who is flexible and able to meet the changing demands of the business. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work on your own initiative and within a team.
