'Girls Get Active' in Brighton & Hove - Just £2

'Girls Get Active' fitness sessions are a great way for girls aged 12+ to get fit - while enjoying the latest fitness classes and crazes

It’s the time of year when everyone starts to think about their fitness goals right?

So, in support of girls and young women in Brighton and Hove, Brighton & Hove City Council’s 'Active For Life' team together with ourselves, are offering ‘Girls Get Active’ sessions at a greatly subsidised rate, to help girls in the local community enjoy an active lifestyle and achieve their fitness goals this year.

These drop-in sessions run weekly with no booking required:

-        Tuesday 16.30-17.30 @ King Alfred Leisure Centre

-        Thursday 16.00-17.00 @ Portslade Sports Centre

‘Girls Get Active’ are for all girls aged 12+ no matter how active you are - in fact we welcome those who may not currently do much sport! The sessions are after school, during the school term and to make them affordable, cost just £2

Fully trained fitness instructors offer the latest fitness classes, including activities such as boxercise, circuits, HIIT, body pump, spin and the latest club-style dance classes and the sessions remain flexible, with content very much dependent on what those in attendance that week wish to do.
