50+ Club session times
Simply turn up each week to enjoy a wide range of activities and a sociable way of keeping fit.
Activities include: aerobic warm-up, badminton, short tennis, racketball, gym, swimming, sauna, hot tub, steam room, table tennis, short mat bowls, country dancing and water exercise.
Organised day trips, competitions and coaching clinics are also special features of the club.
Equipment is supplied. All you need are clothes that will allow you to move freely and trainers or non-marking plimsolls.

Led by a co-ordinator with the first hour game play and the last half hour drills.
Tuesdays 10.00am - 11.30am
Fridays 10.00am - 11.30am
Led by a qualified coach from Woking Blackhawks, walking basketball is a slower paced version of the game aimed to get everyone involved. Sessions will consist of drills and game play.
Mondays 7.00pm - 8.00pm
(excludes bank holidays)
Thursdays 12.30pm - 1.30pm
Walking Netball is a slower paced version of the game. during the session you will work on skills and drills to improve your game play. The sessions is led by a England Netball qualified coach. The session has been created to encourage women 50+ to get back into netball.
