Simply turn up each week to enjoy a wide range of activities and a sociable way of keeping fit.

Activities include: aerobic warm-up, badminton, short tennis, racketball, gym, swimming, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, table tennis, short mat bowls, country dancing and water exercise.

Organised day trips, competitions and coaching clinics are also special features of the club. 

Equipment is supplied. All you need are clothes that will allow you to move freely and trainers or non-marking plimsolls.

friday night project

Multi-activity evening for those aged between 11-18 years. 

Friday Night Project runs from 6.30pm - 9.00pm every Friday during term time and includes the following activities:

  • 6.30pm - 7.30pm swimming
  • 7.00pm - 9.00pm table tennis
  • 7.00pm - 9.00pm football.
  • 7.00pm - 9.00pm squash 
  • 7.00pm - 9.00pm Badminton  
  • 7.00pm - 9.00pm trampolining.
