Participating in drop-in weekly sessions or joining a course to learn a new sport (or refresh rusty skills), there's something for everyone in the leisure centre's activity programme. Read on for more information.
Simply turn up each week to enjoy a wide range of activities and a sociable way of keeping fit.
Activities include: aerobic warm-up, badminton, short tennis, racketball, gym, swimming, sauna, hot tub, steam room, table tennis, short mat bowls, country dancing and water exercise.
Organised day trips, competitions and coaching clinics are also special features of the club.
Equipment is supplied. All you need are clothes that will allow you to move freely and trainers or non-marking plimsolls.

Multi-activity evening for those aged between 11-18 years.
Friday Night Project runs from 7.00pm - 9.00pm most Fridays during term time and includes the following activities:
CirqueScape aerial and circus skills run on the first Friday Night Project of the month.
